A friendly helping hand for your financial journey
We provide a tailored service for each of our clients but broadly speaking our initial services fall into two categories:
We offer a fixed fee service to analyse all aspects of your financial plan. This includes assessing your assets, liabilities, income, expenditure, savings, current pensions/investments and your financial goals. Where needed, we will use cashflow modelling to forecast your current and future lifestyle to ensure you have enough money throughout your lifetime.
This service includes a personalised follow up meeting once we have information gathered, we will also look at the effects of any potential changes you want to make i.e. buy/sell a property, gift money to the kids, spend extra on holidays in retirement, retiring early etc. Once this is complete and we have answered any questions you might have, we will confirm everything we discussed in a letter including any changes we think you should make to achieve your needs and objectives.
Once you are happy with the Personal Financial Review letter we have sent and all your questions have been answered, we would then ask for payment of the agreed fee.
We also offer a percentage based fee service for clients who want us to manage any pensions or investments they already have, or new ones they would like to implement. This service covers a lot of the Personal Financial Review service, the main difference is that our Implementation service is for people who want an Adviser to help look after their financial plan and to help them make financial decisions on an ongoing basis.
This service includes monitoring any products you already have, making sure they are all value for money and that the way you are invested is suitable for you, as a lot of people are often taking more risk than they realise with their current pensions and investments. It also includes any recommendations for making contributions or withdrawing money to help meet your needs and objectives.
Once this is complete, we will detail the recommendations in a report and present this to you, going through the advice, pros and cons and charges with you in detail and giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. If you are happy with the report and once you have signed the relevant paperwork, we can begin to make those changes on your behalf. Upon completion of the implementation, we would then ask for payment, which can be paid by you, or taken from your products.
Usually we provide our Ongoing Service to clients who have received one of our initial services, however some clients approach us who are happy with their current pensions or investments and just want us to manage these on an ongoing basis.
Either way, at each of your reviews we will complete our 12-point health check, which covers the following:
Your review meeting is exactly what it says on the tin, yours. So, if you want to bring in your solicitor or accountant to go through something together, or if you want to bring your kids or parents in, then you're more than welcome.
We will cover all of the 12 points above but if you want to take the meeting in another direction or focus on one particular area that you just can't quite get your head around, then that's exactly what we will do.

Arranging a face-to-face meeting is the best way to get to know each other. Our initial meeting is free of charge and there is no obligation to use our services, so you don't need to worry if you're not sure. We find this is the most helpful way to get the best for our clients and to establish a long-term relationship.
