Our main aim is to help and support you on your financial journey, throughout your working life and into retirement. We do not want to sell you products, we want to provide you with impartial advice to help you towards achieving your financial goals.

At BRB Financial Horizons, we don't do jargon - we speak your language and take the time to listen to what you have to say and what you want to get from our service. This makes it easier for us to talk you through your finances, help you understand them better and ultimately give you peace of mind that you're on the right track.

Transparency

We don't like hidden charges, that's why all of our clients know exactly what they are paying us. 

We offer new clients a free no obligation meeting to discuss your needs and objectives. Following on from this meeting, we write out to you confirming how we can help and the charges involved for the proposed service. If you would like to proceed, we will undertake the agreed work and our fees will only become payable upon completion.

We also provide a full breakdown of ongoing charges each year, expressed in both percentage terms and pounds and pence, so you know exactly how much you are paying.

Comfort

As well as regular review meetings, we are always available for any queries you may have in the interim, whether you prefer to speak over the phone, email or pop into our office. We are happy to talk through concerns you have about your investments and any other issues, even if they do not relate to your investments with us. We often help clients with tax queries, Buy to Let queries and questions about the best interest paying bank accounts, and we're more than happy to help with anything else you want to discuss.

Arranging a face-to-face meeting is the best way to get to know each other. Our initial meeting is free of charge and there is no obligation to use our services, so you don't need to worry if you're not sure. We find this is the most helpful way to get the best for our clients and to establish a long-term relationship.
